Program Development Intern
3-6 months
Location: Kampala, Uganda (Remote option available)
Commitment: 20-40 hours/week
Stipend: Available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sports and education programs
- Conduct research on best practices in youth development
- Support program monitoring and evaluation
- Help with grant writing and fundraising activities
Requirements:
- Background in education, social work, or international development
- Strong research and writing skills
- Passion for youth development and community work
Communications & Marketing Intern
2-4 months
Location: Kampala, Uganda (Remote option available)
Commitment: 15-30 hours/week
Stipend: Available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- Create content for social media and website
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Assist with donor communications
- Support event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Background in communications, marketing, or media
- Experience with social media platforms
- Creative thinking and design skills
Sports & Recreation Intern
1-3 months
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Commitment: 20-35 hours/week
Stipend: Available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor children in various sports
- Organize sports tournaments and events
- Develop training programs and materials
- Support community outreach activities
Requirements:
- Sports background or coaching experience
- Experience working with children
- Physical fitness and enthusiasm for sports

Volunteering
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds! Basic requirements include being 18+ years old, having a passion for our mission, and being able to commit to the agreed-upon schedule. Specific roles may have additional requirements.
While experience with children is helpful, it’s not always required. We provide training and support for all volunteers. What matters most is your passion, commitment, and willingness to learn.
Yes! We have remote volunteer opportunities in areas like communications, fundraising, research, and administration. Some roles require on-site presence, but many can be done from anywhere.
Partnerships
We offer various partnership opportunities including financial support, in-kind donations, volunteer programs, awareness campaigns, capacity building, and program collaborations. We work with corporations, NGOs, government agencies, and individuals.
